My massage space is located here, on the second floor of the fabulously pink Willow Press bookstore. In case you're doing the math, yes - that means climbing some stairs. But look on the bright side: there's a massage waiting for you at the top!

We share a common entrance, so you'll need to enter the bookstore. They have benches you can sit and wait on. If you're early, feel free to browse the store or shoot me a text to say you've arrived. Otherwise, I will come looking for you shortly before your appointment time.

If the doors are locked, shoot me a quick message at (204) 230-4105 and I'll come let you in.

Unfortunately, there is no street parking on Osborne on our block. There is some parking in this lot behind the building, accessible via the back lane. There is also street parking on Gertrude, and there is a large lot at the Dollarama across Donald Street.

Frequently Asked Questions

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, e-transfer, and credit card are all accepted.

Direct billing is available for most major insurers. Please check your plan for details prior to your appointment and bring in your physicians referral if your plan requires one. Bring your insurance card with you.

Do I still need to wear a mask?

I am no longer requiring clients to wear them, but encourage you to do so if it makes you feel more comfortable. It is impossible to social distance during a massage, and at some points our faces may be within a foot of one another!

Massage therapists are often working as independent contractors. This means that we don't get sick pay if we need to take time off, so please reschedule if you know you are ill.

I can't find an available time slot that works for me. What should I do?

I currently offer massage at this location on Sundays between 9:30am and 3:00pm, and 9:30 to 2:00 on Wednesdays and Fridays. If there is another day of the week that works better for you (within those hours), contact me by phone or email and we can try to make it work.
If all goes well, I will be expanding my availability. For now, I have to juggle this new location with my established gig at the Wellness Institute on Leila, and with raising two young kids. Yikes!

What should I expect at my first appointment?

I will begin your first appointment by having you fill out a health history and consent form (it doesn't take long, but  try to arrive a few minutes early). I may ask you some follow up questions, or have you summarize what you would like to get out of your treatment. I may also do a quick physical assessment.

Once we've agreed on a treatment plan, I will step out of the room to allow you to disrobe to your comfort level. Get comfortable on the treatment table and cover up with the blanket and sheet provided.

After your massage, I will leave the room again so that you can get dressed. When you're ready, we will address payment and book another appointment if necessary.

I am unable to climb stairs. Does this mean I can't see you for treatment?

While I may not be able to accommodate you at the 214 Osborne location, I do also offer massage out of the Wellness Institute at 1075 Leila Avenue. That facility is very accessible, and booking can be done over the phone or online.

If you need to see someone in the Osborne area, there are several other RMTs that I can recommend to you.
